This multi-country qualitative study examines the role of Assistive Technology in workplace experiences of people with vision impairments. The study features narratives of individuals talking about their experiences with the workplace, particularly on the impact of digital technology on career potential, on their experiences with issues such as career ‘channeling’ and the culture of accessibility in the public sphere.
